Tuomas is the youngest of the Holopainen siblings, his father Pentti recalls that Tuomas was born with a “lucky cap” on Christmas’ day 1976. He began studying music at the age of 7, when his mother Kirsti enrolled him for piano lessons. During the years, at school, he also studied clarinet and sax, as well as classical and jazz music.
