Raymond is a human that Aquamarine falls in love with. He is portrayed by Jake McDorman. His dad wants him to start college, but he wants to take a year off to travel. He took a liking to Aquamarine. Raymond is around 17 or 18 years old.
She immediately notices a handsome lifeguard named Raymond (Jake McDorman) and enlists the help of the two girls to win his heart in return for the granting of a wish. The girls see their opportunity to keep Hailey from moving and immediately start helping her.
