1 dic 2021 · In Uncanny X-Men, Madelyne Pryor introduction was a turning point to me. That was a Big Moment in many ways. I've told of seeing the introduction page at my (then) local comic shop, and asking the manager/owner what was happening.

11 set 2020 · I was only 12 when Madelyne Pryor made her first appearance in UNCANNY X-MEN, so I don't think I was prone to "over-analyzing" things like this yet, but I was still struck by how much she did NOT look like Jean to me.
Madelyne Pryor Forge It's strange because rather than accusing Claremont of not creating things, I think ones of his flaw is that he doesn't have restraint when it comes to dreaming up crazy guff.
It was unfortunate that Madelyne Pryor wasn't introduced before Smitty came on the book. When I saw that last page introduction, I didn't realize that she was supposed to look identical to Jean (never having seen Smitty's version of Jean before); I figured she was just supposed to look similar.

The biggest problem with Scott was the way he acted against Madelyne Pryor. It was a case of: "I'm in love with this woman, but along comes my resurrescted first love. So, move over Madelyne and my son, I'm out of here."
