Romeo Alexander Challenger (born 19 May 1950) is an Antiguan-born English musician. He has been the drummer for the rock band Showaddywaddy since 1973 and seminal progressive rock band Black Widow.
Romeo Challenger is a long-time member of Showaddywaddy, a rock 'n' roll band from Leicester. He was born in Antigua, played in various bands before joining Showaddywaddy in 1973, and sang on some of their hits.
The band currently consists of one remaining original member, Romeo Challenger, along with vocalist Andy Pelos, bass player Tom Bull, guitarist and drummer Sam Holland, vocalist and guitarist Billy Shannon, and saxophonist/guitarist David Graham who rejoined the band in 2020 (having previously toured with the band 2009 to 2011).

Showaddywaddy were formed in 1973 in Leicester, from two groups, Choise and Golden Hammers. Choise wrote and performed original material and at the time of the formation of Showaddywaddy featured Dave Bartram, Trevor Oakes, Al James and Romeo Challenger.
