Trama. Un gangster egiziano, El Ott, divorzia dalla moglie Salma e lascia la famiglia subito dopo che sua figlia, Amina, risulta misteriosamente rapita e scomparsa al Cairo. El Ott scopre che Fathi, un perverso boss trafficante di organi umani, ha rapito di recente i bambini di strada dal suo quartiere, allo scopo di venderne gli organi.
