Andrew David Hamilton FRS (born 3 November 1952) is a British-American chemist and academic administrator who served as the 16th president of New York University from 2016 to 2023. He previously served as vice chancellor of the University of Oxford from 2009 to 2015 and provost of Yale University from 2004 to 2008.
