Discography. Equipment. References. External links. Andy Bown. Andrew Steven Bown (born 27 March 1946) [1] is an English musician, who has specialised in keyboards and bass guitar. He is a member of the rock band Status Quo . Career. Bown's first major band was The Herd, along with Peter Frampton.
Career. Judas Jump was established in 1969 as a heavy progressive rock band. They used mellotron, woodwind and brass in their sound, and secured a recording contract with Parlophone. The band included keyboardist Andy Bown, and drummer Henry Spinetti, who had earlier worked with the English rock band the Herd, alongside Peter Frampton.
