David Butler. Writer/Actor. 12 November 1927 to 26 May 2006. Butler appeared in Emergency Ward 10 but was best known for bringing many television series to the screen, including the BAFTA-winning Edward VII (1975), and Mountbatten: The Last Viceroy, which won an Emmy in 1986.
