Ricardo Jiménez Oreamuno studierte am Colegio San Luis Gonzaga de Cartago und wurde Licenciado en Leyes an der Universidad de Santo Tomás. Er veröffentlichte einen Kurs über öffentliche Bildung sowie zahlreiche Artikel und Essays über öffentliche und juristische Themen.
