Princess Ulrikke Eleonore was the daughter of Frederik III and Sophie Amalie, and she was the sister of Christian V. In 1680 she married King Charles XI of Sweden and became Queen of Sweden. Here she is known as Ulrika Eleonora.
Biografi. Tidigt liv. Ulrika Eleonora som ung prinsessa av Danmark, porträtterad av Pierre Signac. Ulrika Eleonora d.ä. (skrev sig Ulrika Eleonore; hennes tilltalsnamn verkar dock ha varit Eleonora), föddes i Köpenhamn den 11 september 1656 som dotter till danske kungen Fredrik III och hans gemål, Sofia Amalia av Lüneburg .
