About St Paul's Walden Bury. The spectacular garden at St Paul’s Walden Bury, Grade 1 listed, was laid out between 1720 and 1730, when the house was built. The same family has lived here since then. It was the birthplace and childhood home of Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.

All ages can enjoy the spectacular 50 acre garden, with long vistas leading to temples and statues, lake and ponds. The garden retains its original 18th century formal design, with more recent flower gardens.
