Efraín López Neris (born April 1, 1937) is a Sephardi [citation needed] Puerto Rican actor, producer and cinematographer that has had a long trajectory in Puerto Rico's national artistic scene. Born in Caguas in April 1, 1937, he had his start in Puerto Rican television in the 1960s by joining the cast of various comedy shows.

Con un a larga trayectoria en el ambiente artístico nacional, este actor, productor y director se asomó a la pantalla boricua en la década del 60. Formando parte del elenco de varios comedias, fue éste el primer conductor de un programa de bromas callejeras titulada "La cámara cómica".
