Henry R. Muñoz III was elected in a unanimous vote to serve as vice chairman of the Democratic National Committee in 2022. A designer, activist, and philanthropist, served as the DNC’s Finance Chair from 2013 to 2019. He was the DNC’s longest-serving Finance Chair and was the first Latino and openly gay person to hold the position.
