Radvila Astikas or Astikaitis (baptized Nicholas; Polish: Radziwiłł Ościkowicz; died in 1477) was a magnate, a member of the Astikai and founder of the Radziwiłł family. He was a member of the Lithuanian Council of Lords and one of the most influential people in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania during his lifetime.
Its first notable member, Kristinas Astikas (born 1363), a close associate of the Lithuanian ruler Vytautas, became Castellan of Vilnius. The patronym Radvila arose following its use by his son Radvila Astikas and grandson Mikalojus Radvila.

Radvila Astikas (died in 1477) was voivode of Trakai and became an ancestor of a new family, known as Radvilos. Later the name was polonized to Radziwiłł. Since there is nothing known about Mikalojus and Baltramiejus, historians assume they died in their youth. Stanislovas became a voivode of Navahrudak and continued the Astikai family line.

Radvila became Voivod of Trakai and his line used his name as their family name, so he is known as the founder of the Radvila (later Radziwiłł) family. Kristinas was the first known owner of Upninkai and Musninkai with their lands. He was also the owner of Alanta and Užpaliai in Lithuania.
