4 ott 2013 · You will not pay any more but should get £13 per ticket back. You misunderstand. The cancellation fee only applies within 24 hours of booking. Afterthat the flight is non-refundable apart from tax. Basically, if you cancel within 24 hours, you get you fare back less £30, if after 24 hours, you'll only get the tax back.

3 lug 2022 · I've got a couple of Easyjet flights which were booked by a travel agent. I put the code into their app and the flights now show up in the app but not in my Easyjet account when viewed via their website. I'd have thought the two would be the same but it seems not. Maybe they're working on their systems to process all the cancellations?
23 lug 2024 · Easyjet cancelled multiple flights on the day I was due to travel (June 29), including mine. The only Easyjet person in the whole of the terminal was a young guy who was handing out leaflets written in French - and getting snippy with anyone who asked advice. There was very little wifi in the terminal - and anyway the Easyjet app kept crashing.
