28 feb 2017 · I am a British Citizen, I met my fiancee online at a Russian Dating site on 7th January 2016. She is a Russian citizen from St Petersburg and speaks, reads and writes fluently in English. We have met a dozen times in various European destinations (over 60 days together) during past 12 months and she has been to UK 4 times and I've been to Russia 3 times.

There are no specific rules or guidelines for subsisting marriage. However provide as much information as you possibly can, and explain the situation in the cover letter.
9 set 2017 · Met husband in 2012, started dating in Feb 2015, engaged July 2017. Left U.K. Voluntarily in 6th August 2017 and married 16th August 2017. Husband returned 22nd August 2017 and applied for spouse visa online 25th August 2017. Biometrics and document submission on the 29th of August 2017 and currently waiting decision.

Im just now getting my employee letters RE absences and confirmation of employment sorted and am a little confused about the dating on the letters. I've seen that these letters need to be dated within 28 days of the application date.

8 mar 2011 · In that case you can try to apply for a Certificate of travel although bear in mind that it is costly and there are no guarantees it will be issued. It is also not accepted as a valid travel document in many countries. You need ot provide evidence that you have been unreasonably refused a travel document by the Russian authorities.
