21 set 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date.
13 ago 2024 · Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".
25 apr 2024 · That is one of the benefits of the Santander Zero credit card if used to withdraw cash - as long as you use a Santander bank located machine abroad. I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.

This is also to meet UK legal and regulatory obligations. I have an empty current account, however my mortgage is also with them.

I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024.
25 set 2023 · Santander Edge Saver Renewal. My Edge Saver is approaching its 12 month 'maturity' so I asked Santander if I could close it and open a new Edge Saver to retain the initial 12 month bonus rate. They confirmed that this is possible. This seems a little odd, as I had assumed the bonus would only apply to new customers.
