One one of them is called BOBAPOP and I love their Korean Banana Milk Tea (it’s soooooo gooood) it can get sweet though so I ask for them to turn down the sweetness.

The Assam makes a finished product that is kind of warm and mellow and certainly nice, but I prefer roasted oolong as it has a strong toasty flavour that is equally strong against the caramel. I find the roasted oolong with the caramel a really interesting combination.

  5. 9 giu 2021 · Never worked at a bubble tea shop, but I’ve worked in similar fast paced restaurants! My best advice is taking your time in training and really absorbing everything! Find the most efficient way to do tasks and practice the motions. Soon it’ll be like second nature to you and honestly that’s when the job is most fun. Good luck!!

There are many flavors other than the original one. Green tea can be used instead of black tea. Extra items such as honey, coffee or cocoa can be added.

  7. 24 mar 2023 · Most bubble tea menus offer "less sugar" or "no sugar added" but don't let that fool you. Almost all of the ingredients have a lot of sugar to begin with. There may be some good ideas in here offered by other users, but bubble teas are an inherently sweet, dessert type of food. There are sugar free coffee flavorings.

  8. They often don't cook the pearls correctly and they put a lot of sugar in but it tastes weird without the sugar because it's designed to have that much sugar in. My fav was hazelnut milk tea but no where serves it anymore. It's called bubble tea because when you shake it with ice it goes all bubbly, not because of the pearls. Fun fact.
