4 ott 2013 · You will not pay any more but should get £13 per ticket back. You misunderstand. The cancellation fee only applies within 24 hours of booking. Afterthat the flight is non-refundable apart from tax. Basically, if you cancel within 24 hours, you get you fare back less £30, if after 24 hours, you'll only get the tax back.

If you could not contact them to ask them to book flights for you, you should have done what you did: booked your own flights home and kept the receipts. Easyjet should now reimburse the full ...
3 lug 2022 · I've got a couple of Easyjet flights which were booked by a travel agent. I put the code into their app and the flights now show up in the app but not in my Easyjet account when viewed via their website. I'd have thought the two would be the same but it seems not. Maybe they're working on their systems to process all the cancellations?
5 ago 2024 · The Easyjet flight sback on 3rd and 4th August were to Gatwick and they were sold out. We were offered Manchester or Glasgow after 10pm on 2nd August, but that meant we would not be able to get back to our car at Luton airport parking. We were told to use the app, but that only lets you rebook Easyjet flights and they were sold out.

On the return leg of the flight we would like to add 23kg checked in luggage at an extra cost. However the easyjet website applies the extra luggage (and cost) to both the flights.
