Just prepare normally like how you should prepare for an in-person interview but the annoying thing here is that you aren't given enough time and you can't really engage with a camera like how you would with a person.

  4. I went to a Aldi experience this Monday and it's really ok. About 30 minutes was spent doing health and safety stuff, nothing too interesting. We also had to talk a little about ourselves (there were 2 others doing their Aldi experience with me), but it was a really nice atmosphere, nice and chilled out.

I then had my contract signing a week later, which was with the area manager, and we just talked through the contract, what was expected both ways (and LOTS of signing). Uni graduates would be better advised to work in roles where they can utilize the degree they’ve studied, which in the long term will give them a lot more opportunities than ALDI can offer.

You could still work on tills really- as in most shops (im assuming aldi is the same), under 18's can serve alcohol as long as they get a colleage (over 18) to watch them do it. Ive seen it happen all the time. I heard that they are pretty good to work for, so you should be ok.
