It's possible to reactivate the plan or define new one with similar space assigned. All other Dropbox plan are so big and costly and we doesn't need so much space an don't want to spend so much money to use 20 or 30 GB out of 2TB. Maybe one or more plan with 50 / 100 / 200 or so GB are to be introduced as the competition already do.

I get the payment receipt to my email, which is the same email I use for dropbox. But it still says that I only have Dropbox Basic.
21 set 2024 · I have exceeded the 2 gb of free Dropbox Basic storage (in UK) - only by a small amount but it has stopped syncing. I do not want to upgrade, so am hoping to delete or find duplicated documents to delete. I only use Dropbox to backup my laptop. The one folder I back up is size 1.74 gb (as found on the Properties bit on the laptop).
10 mag 2018 · Go to solution. Permanently deleting files isn't needed to clear space. Simply deleting them is enough. Files in the Deleted Files section do not count against your storage quota. If Dropbox is saying your account is full, then it's still full. You need to remove enough files to bring your account back below your quota before that message will ...

28 ago 2024 · Upgraded my Basic Dropbox account to Dropbox Plus a while ago but still only have 2GB of memory. My original Basic Account is affiliated with another email address but that should not matter. Have tried repeatedly to engage with Dropbox but to no avail. They do not respond.
