To do so, kindly follow the below given steps and check if it helps: Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”. Expand all drivers one by one.

I would suggest you to try updating the drivers for the Unknown device from the device manager. Update the Unknown device drives from Device Manager: a) Press Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc. b) Expand the Unknown device. c) Click on properties, click on Driver tab. d) Click Update Drivers button.
