While Sky Broadband certainly used to have a promotional relationship with McAfee, that ended several years ago, and new downloads of McAfee software from Sky (or additional discounted antivirus subscription through Sky) haven't been available for quite some time, although existing installations will continue to function.
2 mag 2020 · I'm afraid your comment is wrong. I have the internet security and it is clearly indicated on my billing. @SDR is correct. While your existing McAfee installation will continue as normal, it's not possible to download further instances. You could try contacting Sky to see if they can help, as you're an existing user.

It's not now possible to download an installer from Sky or add a new computer to existing McAfee billed through them. * * * * * * *. 14 ott 2022 · Got a new laptop - paid and still paying for Mcafee. Spoke to MCafee after spoke to sky they logged on my machine but when they went on sky account the product does not exist. Waited for 45 mins again on to Sky . All links to subject take me to screen saying tool is broken

24 lug 2021 · The Sky/McAfee promotion hasn't been running for several years, and there should be no current Sky advertising which mentions it. If you've got one of the millions of Windows computers distributed with pre-installed McAfee 'trial' software, this has no relationship with a Sky Broadband subscription, and is the choice of the PC vendor.
