1 dic 2022 · Yesterday, I wanted to make sure everything worked smoothly and I passed all the system checks, having no issue getting passed the step where it checks the “video streaming service” connection. On the step after it downloads your files for the exam, the program tells you NOT TO CLOSE OUT while it takes 2-3 minutes double checking things.

And we don't recommend you uncheck the Office Online license. When you do it, all the Office files in your libraries won't be opened via Office Online. To disable it: Let the global admin log into the portal>Under USERS, click Active Users>Select your account and click Edit under Assigned license>Expand the subscription and uncheck Office Online.
