Augusta Marie of Holstein-Gottorp (1649–1728) was a German noblewoman. She was the daughter of Frederick III, Duke of Holstein-Gottorp and Duchess Marie Elisabeth of Saxony . Augusta Marie married Frederick VII, Margrave of Baden-Durlach on 15 May 1670 in Husum .

Il matrimonio dei duchi di Holstein-Gottorp fu segnato da incomprensioni di natura religiosa: quando nel 1614 venne nominato vicario di corte il calvinista Cæsar, Augusta rifiutò di partecipare alle funzioni religiose. Quando suo marito morì, provvide quindi a cacciar via il calvinista e nominò al suo posto Jacob Fabricius.
