Well-Known Member. 20 November 2016. 325. 43. 719. 11 September 2017. #1. Hi All, So I had an interview at the local cop shop on the weekend for a supposed breach of a dvo that took place during handover on Fathers day. Firstly, the interview took place in a store room and was only voice recorded.
5 mag 2015 · I was subsequently convicted in my absence and fined a very large sum of money! Normal protocol as I see it, is that the court needed to respond to my request for adjournment. Seems like entrapment whereby I am told not to attend then the magistrate throws the book at me in favour of local government!

4 giu 2016 · Don't include the recording. No matter how innocent your intentions were, the fact that you have taken the extra step of recording it makes you look like you've been coaching the kid or interrogating them for evidence inappropriately.

5 dic 2015 · I had my property seized and when I got it returned, they gave me back a category R weapon, a taser. A month later, I was arrested and received a number of charges including 50 (1)(c)(i) unlawful possession of weapons category d/h/r weapon. Since the police gave me the weapon, can I get the charges dropped or sue the police for entrapment?
