Karl, Prince of Leiningen, KG (Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Emich; 12 September 1804 – 13 November 1856) was the third Prince of Leiningen and maternal half-brother of Queen Victoria.
Prince Karl of Leiningen (Karl Vladimir Ernst Heinrich; 2 January 1928 – 28 September 1990) was the second son of Karl, 6th Prince of Leiningen (1898–1946) and his wife, Grand Duchess Maria Kirillovna of Russia. [1]
Karl, Prince of Leiningen (‹See Tfd› German: Friedrich Karl Eduard Erwin Fürst zu Leiningen; 13 February 1898 – 2 August 1946) [2] was a German military officer and the eldest surviving son of Emich, Prince of Leiningen. Upon his father's death in 1939, he became the sixth Prince of Leiningen.
Charles, Prince of Leiningen (1804-56), was the son of the Duchess of Kent, Queen Victorias mother, and her first husband, Prince Emich Charles of Leiningen. He was Victorias much loved half-brother. In 1848, he became head of foreign affairs in the German empire.
