Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg ( Finland Swedish: [ˈstoːlbærj], Finnish: [ˈstoːlbæri]; 28 January 1865 – 22 September 1952) was a Finnish jurist and academic who was one of the most important pioneers of republicanism in the country. He was the first president of Finland (1919–1925) and a liberal nationalist.

Kaarlo Juho Ståhlberg, originariamente battezzato con i nomi Carl Johan (Suomussalmi, 28 gennaio 1865 – Helsinki, 22 settembre 1952), è stato un politico e giurista finlandese. È stato il primo Presidente della Finlandia, in carica dal 26 luglio 1919 al 1º marzo 1925.

Kaarlo Juho (K. J.) Ståhlberg (ristimänimeltään Carl Johan, 28. tammikuuta 1865 Suomussalmi – 22. syyskuuta 1952 Helsinki) oli suomalainen oikeustieteilijä ja poliitikko sekä Suomen tasavallan ensimmäinen presidentti (1919–1925).
Ståhlberg was duly elected to parliament as a member of the Young Finnish Party, serving for two terms. He was appointed Speaker of Parliament in 1914 and Chairman of the Constitutional Council in 1917.
