He married firstly Elisabeth von Mecklenburg (c.1 1250) and had issue, Liutgard married duke John of Brunswick-Luneburg and Albert I of Anhalt-Zerbst. Elisabeth, married Burchard von Wölpe. Johann, canon in Magdeburg.
