Gisela Agnes von Anhalt-Köthen (* 21. September 1722 in Köthen; † 20. April 1751 in Dessau) war eine Prinzessin von Anhalt-Köthen und durch Heirat Fürstin von Anhalt-Dessau .
Gisela Agnes of Rath (9 October 1669, in Kleinwülknitz, now part of Köthen – 12 March 1740, in Nienburg) was Duchess of Anhalt-Köthen by marriage from 1698. In 1694, she was created Countess of Nienburg. From 1704 to 1715, she was regent of Anhalt-Köthen for her underage son.
Gisella Agnese di Anhalt-Köthen era l'unica figlia sopravvissuta del principe Leopoldo di Anhalt-Köthen (1694–1728), e della sua prima moglie, la principessa Federica Enrichetta di Anhalt-Bernburg (1702–1723), figlia del principe Carlo Federico di Anhalt-Bernburg.
