  2. The European Insomnia Guideline was based on the German Insomnia Guideline (Riemann, Baglioni, et al., 2017) and was endorsed by the World Sleep Society (Morin et al., 2021). A revision of the German Insomnia Guideline is underway (Spiegelhalder et al., 2023).
