Ahmet Necdet Sezer (Turkish pronunciation: [ah'med nedʒ'det se'zæɾ]; born 13 September 1942) is a Turkish statesman and judge who served as the tenth president of Turkey from 2000 to 2007. Previously, he was president of the Constitutional Court of Turkey from January 1998 to May 2000.

Ahmet Necdet Sezer (d. 13 Eylül 1941; Afyonkarahisar), Türk hukukçu ve devlet görevlisi. Türkiye'nin 14. Anayasa Mahkemesi başkanı ve 10. cumhurbaşkanıdır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde hem cumhurbaşkanlığı görevini hem de bir yüksek yargı organının başkanlığını yapmış tek kişidir.
5 Mayıs 2000’de Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi tarafından Türkiye’nin onuncu cumhurbaşkanı olarak seçildi. 16 Mayıs 2000’de başladığı görevini 28 Ağustos 2007 tarihinde tamamladı. 1964 yılında Semra Hanım’la evlenen Ahmet Necdet Sezer üç çocuk babasıdır.
