Anna Leopol'dovna di Russia (in russo А́нна Леопо́льдовна Романова?; Rostock, 18 dicembre 1718 – Cholmogory, 18 marzo 1746) anche nota come Anna Karlovna (А́нна Ка́рловна), reggente di Russia per alcuni mesi (1740–1741) durante la minorità di suo figlio Ivan.
Anna Leopoldovna (Russian: А́нна Леопо́льдовна; 18 December 1718 – 19 March 1746), born Elisabeth Katharina Christine von Mecklenburg-Schwerin and also known as Anna Carlovna (А́нна Ка́рловна), was regent of Russia for just over a year (1740–1741) during the minority of her infant son Emperor Ivan VI.

Ma A. Leopoldovna, stanca delle oppressioni di Biron, si accordò col maresciallo Minich; e nella notte tra l'8 e il 9 novembre il reggente fu arrestato con tutta la sua famiglia, messo sotto giudizio e mandato in Siberia.
Anna Leopoldovna was born in Rostock on 7 October 1718. She was the daughter of Duke Carl Leopold of Mecklenburg-Schwerin and Ekaterina Ioannovna, elder sister of Anna Ioannovna and niece of Peter the Great. The girl was christened Princess Elisabeth Katharina Christine.
