Carlos Lesmes Serrano (Madrid, 10 de junio de 1958) [2] es un magistrado español. Entre 2013 y 2022 fue presidente del Tribunal Supremo y del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, [3] cargo en el que estuvo la mitad de su mandato en funciones ante la imposibilidad de renovar el CGPJ.
