The municipality was part of the Vevey District until it was dissolved on 31 August 2006, and Corsier-sur-Vevey became part of the new district of Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. The municipality is located on the right side of the Veveyse. It consists of the village of Corsier-sur-Vevey and the hamlet of Les Monts-de-Corsier. Coat of arms
Corsier-sur-Vevey se situe à l'est du canton de Vaud, au nord du district Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. Le village est à la croisée de Lavaux à l'ouest et de la Riviera vaudoise au sud. Proche du lac Léman, il jouit d'un climat tempéré. La commune de Corsier-sur-Vevey mesure 6,75 km 2 [1].
Corsier-sur-Vevey ist eine politische Gemeinde im Distrikt Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut des Kantons Waadt in der Schweiz. Bis Ende 1952 hiess das Dorf offiziell Corsier (VD), danach nahm es zur einfacheren Unterscheidung von der Genfer Gemeinde Corsier den heutigen Namen an.
