Ernst Moritz Theodor Ziller (en grec moderne : Ερνέστος Τσίλλερ / Ernestos Tsiller) né le 22 juin 1837, à Serkowitz, aujourd'hui quartier de Radebeul, et mort le 4 novembre 1923, à Athènes, est un architecte, chercheur et archéologue saxon naturalisé grec.

Il palazzo Stathatos (o anche villa Stathatos) è un edificio di stile neoclassico che si affaccia sul viale Vasilissis Sofias ad Atene, in Grecia. Esso fu eretto nel 1895 su progetto dell' architetto tedesco Ernst Ziller per conto della famiglia greca Stathatos, dalla quale prende il nome.
