- Le origini del nome. Aubrey, brano dei Bread. Nata il 26 giugno del 1984 a Wilmington, nel Delaware, Aubrey è stata chiamata così dai genitori Bernadette e David Plaza in onore dell’omonima canzone del 1972 dei Bread, band statunitense di genere pop/rock.
- Vita studentesca. Aubrey Plaza ha frequentato una scuola cattolica femminile, la Ursuline Academy, dalla quale si è diplomata nel 2002. Negli anni del liceo è stata anche presidente del consiglio studentesco.
