Ermanno di Salza-Salzillo (in tedesco Hermann von Salza, in latino Hermannus de Saltza; Langensalza, 1179 circa – Salerno, 20 marzo 1239) è stato un generale, politico e religioso tedesco, il quarto Gran Maestro dell'Ordine Teutonico in carica dal 1209 fino alla sua morte.

Hermann von Salza (or Herman of Salza; c. 1165 – 20 March 1239) was the fourth Grand Master of the Teutonic Knights, serving from 1210 to 1239. A skilled diplomat with ties to the Frederick II and the Pope, Hermann oversaw the expansion of the military order into Prussia.

Born to a minor aristocratic family of Thuringia, Hermann had made his way by sheer ability to the powerful office of grand master of the Teutonic Order.
