10 feb 2007 · The main theme is one of Goldsmith’s more haunting melodies and is woven throughout every track. If only the film version of “The Illustrated Man” were as strong as Jerry Goldsmith’s music, not to mention Rod Steiger's performance, making it not essential to see the movie in order to enjoy the score.
