Prince Edward Augustus, Duke of Kent and Strathearn was the fourth son of George III of the United Kingdom . Edward Augustus married in 1818 Princess Victoria Duchess of Kent. He had one daughter, who was later Queen Victoria. He died when his daughter was six months old in 1819.
