Frimley Park Hospital is a large general hospital in Frimley, Surrey. It is managed by Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, and houses a private wing. History [ edit] Frimley Park Hospital was opened to provide a full range of acute services to patients North East Hampshire and West Surrey in 1974. 
The Trust became Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust on 1 October 2014 when it acquired the neighbouring Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (HWPH) under a mutually agreed arrangement supported by the local healthcare community, the Department of Health and NHS England, aimed at improving standards at HWPH after it was placed into special measures by the Care Quality Commission.
Frimley Park Hospital is located less than one mile north east of Frimley and three miles south east of Camberley on Portsmouth Road.
