Robert Stewart, I marchese di Londonderry (27 settembre 1739 – Down, 6 aprile 1821), è stato un politico irlandese. Stewart was the son of Robert Stewart, an Anglo-Irish landowner, who was elevated to the peerage in 1789 and later promoted earl (1796) and ultimately marquess (1816) of Londonderry. On his father’s death Castlereagh became the 2nd marquess of Londonderry.
Stewart, Robert (1739–1821), 1st marquess of Londonderry , politician, was born 27 September 1739 in Dublin, eldest son of Alexander Stewart (1697–1781), landowner in Co. Down and briefly MP for Derry city (1760), and his wife Mary Stewart (née Cowan), his cousin and an heiress with a fortune estimated at over £100,000.
