Henry Edward Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe CB TD (14 March 1867 – 27 October 1947), was a British politician and peer, the son of George Cubitt, 1st Baron Ashcombe, and his wife Laura Joyce. He is also the great-grandfather of Queen Camilla.

Henry Edward Cubitt, II barone Ashcombe (Stowmarket, 14 marzo 1867 – Surrey, 27 ottobre 1947), è stato un nobile e politico inglese. Biografia Monumento funerario di Henry Cubitt. Cubitt studiò a Eton e al Trinity College di Cambridge.
Biografia. Figlio di Roland Cubitt, III barone Ashcombe, e di Sonia Rosemary Keppel, fu zio e padrino della futura regina Camilla. Dopo aver studiato a Eton, prestò servizio nella Royal Air Force durante la seconda guerra mondiale. [1] . Fu presidente dell'impresa edile di famiglia Holland, Hannen and Cubitts. [1] .

Picketts Hole around 1906. In 1901 Henry Cubitt was promoted Major and took immense pride in raising and commanding a new regiment of the Surrey Imperial Yeomanry. A rifle range was set up on Ranmore Common at Pickett’s Hole. In July 1901 the first training camp took place at Denbies, with a muster of 200 men.
