Berengaria Sánchez, detta anche Berenguela di Navarra, fu principessa di Navarra e regina consorte d'Inghilterra dal 1191 al 1199, e dal 1229 fu reggente ed erede del regno di Navarra. Era figlia del re di Navarra Sancho VI, detto il Saggio, e di Sancha di Castiglia.
Berengaria of Navarre (Basque: Berengela, Spanish: Berenguela, French: Bérengère; c. 1165–1170 – 23 December 1230) was Queen of England as the wife of Richard I of England. She was the eldest daughter of Sancho VI of Navarre and Sancha of Castile .
Berengaria was the eldest daughter of King Sancho VI (called the Wise) of Navarre and Queen Sancha of Castile and Leon. During the 12th century, Navarre was a small kingdom situated in the Pyrenees mountains, between France and the larger kingdoms of Castile and Aragon on the Spanish peninsula.
