William Drew "Windy Bill" Collins (birth date unknown-September 21st, 2015) was a founding member of Riders In The Sky, a long-time member of Dickie Lee's touring backup band "The Dickie Birds". After less than a year with the Riders, Collins left in August of 1978 to continue to perform with Dickie Lee, and was replaced Tommy Goldsmith .
