These unnecessary dead ends, and almost constant flashbacks accompanied by explanations leave the movie with zero suspense. The various relationships really never feel genuine, and the bad guy doesn't appear until just before the credits roll. "A Climate For Killing" is a fatally unfocused film. - MERK.
