6 giorni fa · Il santo vescovo nacque nel 956 a Libice, nell'attuale Boemia. All'età di 27 anni diventò il primo arcivescovo di Praga. Adalberto decise di evangelizzare le terre pagane della Prussia. Il re di Polonia Boleslao I gli assegnò la scorta grazie alla quale giunse sino a Danzica. Da lì, con alcuni monaci proseguì il cammino.
