Adly Mahmoud Mansour (Arabic: عدلى محمود منصور, pronounced [ˈʕædli mæħˈmuːd mɑnˈsˤuːɾ]; born 23 December 1945) is an Egyptian judge and politician who served as the president (or chief justice) of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Egypt.

Adly Mansour. He was born on December 23, 1945. He earned the Bachelor Degree in Law in 1967 from Cairo University. He received a postgraduate diploma in Public Law and another one in Administrative Sciences from Cairo University in 1969 and 1970 respectively. He was chosen to be appointed assistant deputy in the State Council in 1970.
