Professor Dr. Alexander Thomas beschäftigt sich seit über 30 Jahren in Forschung und Lehre mit der Psychologie interkulturellen Handelns. Er ist Mitbegründer des Instituts für Kooperationsmanagement (IKO) an der Universität Regensburg und Autor vieler erfolgreicher Fachbücher zum Aufbau internationaler Kompetenz.
