Ali Kemal Bey ( Osmanlıca : عَلِى كمال بك, 1867 - 6 Kasım 1922), Türk yazar, gazeteci ve siyaset adamı. İkinci Meşrutiyet ve Mütareke döneminde İttihat ve Terakki karşıtı görüşleriyle tanınmıştır. Damat Ferit Paşa hükûmetlerinde kısa bir süre Maarif ve Dâhiliye Nazırlığı yaptı, bu esnada Millî Mücadele aleyhine sert tutumlar gösterdi.
